INTERVIEW CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT FORM

If you are a close friend or a family member to a candidate that has been selected
for an interview, you will need to excuse yourself from the interview team.

The issues of confidentiality and ethics are extremely important when taking part in selection of new staff.
Each member of the selection team confirms by their signature below that their involvement on the interview
team is voluntary and agree to have the process remain strictly confidential. The following issues are not for
public dissemination during or after the employee selection process:

e Screening of applicants

e Statements made by the team or applicant
e Deliberations

e Impressions

e Opinions

e Ranking

e Test results

e Reference checking

It is our obligation to protect the rights and preserve the self-respect of the candidate. YOU MAY BE
PRESSURED by coworkers or community members to share information about finalists and/or the process. YOU
SHOULD NOT RESPOND to these questions during the interview process or after the position is filled. If
someone is insistent, refer them to the Human Resources Department.

All materials will be collected and filed. Please remember, this is a professional process.

Confidentiality is the obligation of the team, not the candidate.
