The eight visual Thinking Maps align to cognitive processes that underlie information processing and learning in all four language domains: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Other-Thinking Maps-Professional Development in Continued Writing Instruction } FACILITIES Please install fencing at the end of hallway C leading to roadway. The doors open to a well-traveled road with a blind corner to student walkway. The road comes around the blind corner from the back and is utilized by delivery, garbage, maintenance, and facilities vehicles. The request would be for fencing along the sidewalk and a gate at the end to allow for safe student transitions. ==» Turtle Certificates for learning and practicing self- regulation skill from our PATHS curriculum In November, our fourth-grade students got to participate in a watershed project where they created a design for a rainwater collection system for our greenhouse. This was done with community partners WV Rivers and Potomac Valley Audubon Society. GIRLS WHO CODE Attendance Initiatives-school Goals-To increase daily attendance rates to a consistent percentage above 95% by providing students with an accountability measure and creating attendance conversations with student formats.
