Reading — UFLI intervention, SRSD writing program adoption, WVGSA data analysis of low performing standards, afterschool writing clubs for grades 3 to 5. General — Weekly grade level data meetings, WVGSA test authoring for both math and ELA, AimsWeb progress monitoring and benchmark analysis. } REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT ¢ Academic - Student support liaison capable of working with attendance, scheduling and leading IEP/SAT/504 meetings. Currently, 38% of our students have IEPs — which does not include our 504 and SATs. ¢ Other - Full-time nurse to support our high needs population. oOur part-time nurse is only contracted to stay until 12:30pm, but after that, office staff typically see another 15 to 20 students for medicine and general care. oHelps support our high needs population, including our Pre-K special needs and LEAP classrooms. § FACILITIES Additional Cameras - We would like to request cameras for safety purposes in the following locations: ¢ All areas outside of self-contained classrooms and sensory rooms that support special programs. ¢ Up and down the front hallway in front of the cafeteria. ¢ LEAP Playground & Recess Blacktop Pavilion/Outdoor Classroom (in the works) - ¢ We've raised approximately 10% of the cost for this project. ¢ We're seeking additional funds/grants to get closer to our goal.
