REOUESTS FOR SUPPORT

Requested areas of support continue to be those that we requested last year based off of parent, staff, and student input

1. Continuation of funding for our Instructional Coach

¢ Critical role of supporting teachers, enhancing instructional practices, and improving student outcomes
¢ The instructional coach provides targeted professional development, models effective teaching strategies,
and offers data-driven feedback to help our educators meet diverse student needs.

¢ Drives teacher growth

2. CTMS Based School Safety Officer
eEnhanced Safety & Emergency Preparedness — An SSO provides immediate response to emergencies, helps
prevent potential threats, and ensures the school is prepared for crises such as intruders, fights, or medical
emergencies.

¢Positive Relationships & Mentorship — Beyond security, SSOs serve as mentors and role models, building trust
with students, addressing conflicts proactively, and fostering a sense of safety and respect.

Prevention & Intervention — SSOs help deter bullying, violence, and substance use while working alongside
school staff to identify at-risk students and connect them with appropriate resources before issues escalate
