STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVEMENT

1. Mathematics- Co-teaching in 4/5" Grade
2. Reading — Co-teaching in 4t/5t* Grade

3. Consistent and continuous data meetings to review benchmark data, Interim Module
Assessment data, and focus on the College and Career Readiness Standards and the
Alternate Standards.

4. Consistent implementation of UFLI and Successmaker as intervention for Reading and

Math.

5. Preliminary Aimsweb benchmark results indicate growth from the fall benchmark.


} REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT

Academic — Student support liaison capable of working with
attendance, scheduling and leading IEP/SAT/504 meetings.

Additional Cameras
We would like to request cameras for safety purposes.

We currently have cameras in the main office, hallways, lobby and
self contained classrooms for a total of 18.

We would like to request cameras for the following locations:

1. All student entrances in the front, privately transported, and special
education.

2. By the back loading dock and dumpsters.

progress in our goals for ELA, Math, Attendance, and Behavior.
