Elem/Middle School outside property for the Barrackville Covered Bridge Festival
on June 15, 2024.

various Marion County Schools for January 11, 2024 through February 6, 2024.

2550 FAIRMONT CHAMBER MUSIC SOCIETY —- OUTREACH FUNDING
The Superintendent recommends approval to provide Fairmont Chamber Music
Society with funding to support elementary and middle school outreach concert

The Superintendent recommends approval of the Memorandum of

The Superintendent recommends approval of the Memorandum of
Understanding for Marion County Board of Education (“Agent”) to provide

Educational Services Cooperative (“SESC”) to Tucker County Board of Education
(“Client”) for the 2024-2025 School Year.
2561 MOU —- BARBOUR COUNTY BOE —- AUDIOLOGY SERVICES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the Memorandum of
Understanding for Marion County Board of Education (“Service Provider”) to
provide Audiology Services to qualifying students to Barbour County Board of
Education (“Client”) for the 2024-2025 School Year.
2562 MOU —- TAYLOR COUNTY BOE —- AUDIOLOGY SERVICES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the Memorandum of
Understanding for Marion County Board of Education (“Service Provider”) to
provide Audiology Services to qualifying students to Taylor County Board of
Education (“Client”) for the 2024-2025 School Year.
2563 POWERSCHOOL —- SMARTFIND EXPRESS SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
The Superintendent recommends approval of the subscription renewal with
PowerSchool for the SmartFind Express call out system for professional and
service personnel, for the 2024-2025 SY in the amount of $14,535.69.

2564 SUTTER ROOFING — EAST DALE ELEMENTARY —- ROOF REPLACEMENT
The Superintendent recommends the approval of the bid from Sutter Roofing to
replace the roof on East Dale Elementary School. The Superintendent also
recommends going with Alternate #1 and Alternate #2 which would result in a
total credit of $49,000. The total cost of the project with the two proposed
alternates would be $588,000.
FUNDING: Excess Levy Capital Improvement Portion
OTHER BIDS: Tri-State Roofing & Sheet Metal $1,390,070.00 utilizing alternates
#1 and #2.
2565 HARRIS EDUCATION SOLUTIONS - EWALK
The Superintendent recommends approval of the renewal of the eWalk program
from Harris Education Solutions at a cost of $17,713.36 for July 1, 2024 through
June 30, 2025.
2566 FORD OFFICE TECHNOLOGIES — COPIER LEASE
The Superintendent recommends approval of the bid from Ford Office
Technologies for 57 copiers to be placed throughout facilities and schools. The
lease will be for a 48-month term beginning on July 1, 2024 in the amount of
$208,407.24 per year that includes maintenance, toner, parts, and labor.

baseball practices and scrimmages from May 21 through December 31, 2024.
