2578 BLUE BIRD BUS SALES — PURCHASE 6 BUSES
The Superintendent recommends approval of the quote from Blue Bird Bus Sales
for the purchase of four (4) Conventional 77 passenger buses and two (2)
Conventional Special Needs 39 passenger buses in the amount of $876,014.00.
FUNDING: State Transportation Allowance-$766,965.00 and Marion County
Transportation Dept.-$109,049.00

2579 GRANICUS —- AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
The Superintendent recommends approval of the Invoice with Granicus
(Formerly Swagit) to purchase Audio Visual Equipment, in the amount of
$23,047.00.
FUNDING: Technology
OTHER BIDS: No additional bids for lack of available product and interested

vendors.

2580 IXL LEARNING — PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Superintendent recommends approval of the quote from IXL Learning to
provide Professional development for the 2024-2025 SY, in the amount of
$15,000.
FUNDING: Title II

2581 PITNEY BOWES —- POSTAGE MACHINE, FOLDER, AND INSERTER — LEASE
AGREEMENT
The Superintendent recommends approval of the bid from Pitney Bowes for
postage equipment. The equipment is a SendPro MailCenter Automatic WOW
2000 Mailing Solution, Relay 4500 Inserting Solution, SendPro MailCenter 1000
Automatic Mailing System (Child Nutrition), and Office Right DF900 Folder (Child
Nutrition). This is two postage machines, one folder, and one inserter machine.
Amount of the contract is $20,673.48 annually.
FUNDING: $13,618.56 Local; $7,054.92 Child Nutrition
OTHER BIDS: Postage Machine was advertised in newspaper and no other bids
were received.



2582 USE OF FACILITIES —- WATSON ELEMENTARY —- MARION COUNTY YOUNG
LIFE
The Superintendent recommends approval of the Use of Facilities form with
Marion County Young Life to use the Watson Elementary School Field and Gym
for Wyldlife activities from June 4, 2024 through August 31, 2024.

2583 FIELD TRIP — OVERNIGHT —- PRIVATE AUTO
The Superintendent recommends approval of the following:
MANNINGTON MIDDLE SCHOOL, requested permission to use private auto to
travel to Charleston, WV, June 23-28, 2024, to attend the WV Governors School
of Literacy through Arts, Culture, and History Camp.

2585 SCALISE INDUSTRIES —- EAST FAIRMONT MIDDLE SCHOOL —- HVAC
PROJECT
The Superintendent recommends the approval of Pay Application 1 to Scalise
Industries for work performed on the East Fairmont Middle School HVAC project
for the period of February 29, 2024 thru May 15, 2024, in the amount of
$1,374,300.00.
FUNDING: ESSER Round 3 Funds

2586 SCALISE INDUSTRIES —- EAST FAIRMONT MIDDLE SCHOOL —- HVAC
PROJECT
The Superintendent recommends the approval of Pay Application 2 to Scalise
Industries for work performed on the East Fairmont Middle School HVAC project
for the period of May 16 through May 31, 2024, in the amount of $867,600.00.
FUNDING: ESSER Round 3 Funds

2587 ENCOVA — WORKER'S COMPENSATION POLICY
The Superintendent recommends the approval of the Worker’s Compensation
policy proposal for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025 with Encova in accordance
with Bray and Oakley and Hood Insurance Group. The policy proposal amount
for FY 2025 is $225,896.00.
FUNDING: County Funds
OTHER BIDS: Erie Insurance $244,694.00; Fortified $250,000.00; Travelers
$250,552.00
