Benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) to include medical, vision, dental, Long-term Disability (LTD), and
Life Insurance.

Sick leave, 1 day per month (front-loaded).

Special leave (serious health condition), 5 days per year (non-accruable).

Annual Leave as listed below (front-loaded).

Option to cash out up to 10 annual leave days each year for 2080-hour staff

Holiday pay, 13 days total. (PAC Technical Director & WST Marketing Coordinator, 10 days total)

State conference of professional group as approved by supervisor.

Professional group dues as approved by supervisor.

Two days of personal leave.

Option of 5 additional days of pay is available for the Supervisor, Safety and Support and the Human Resources Supervisor for
extended day activities.

*Note: Hourly per diem rate for 2080-hour staff is calculated based off 222 workdays

Two (2) additional days of leave per year may be used for emergency purposes per standard district guidelines
