Section 1: Annual Goals

Goal #1 English Language Arts Goal: Increase fluency as measured by DIBELs composite scores -

Percent of students at or above grade level will increase from 45% to 70% in kindergarten and first

grades, from 60% to 80% in second grade, from 62% to 75% in third grade and from 74% to 85% in
fourth grade.

Goal #2 Math Goal: Numbers and Operations as measured by iReady assessment - Percent of students
at or above grade level will increase from 31% to 70%.

Goal #3 SEL Goal: Students will be able to identify and articulate their emotions.

Section 2: Action Plan

Goal #1 ELA: Increase fluency as measured by DIBELs composite scores - Percent of students at or
above grade level will increase from 45% to 70% in kindergarten and first grades, from 60% to 80% in
second grade, from 62% to 75% in third grade and from 74% to 85% in fourth grade.
