Section 1: Annual Goals

Goal #1 Social Emotional Goal: 100% of third and fourth grade Broad View students will indicate that
they have a teacher or other adult from school who they can count on to help them no matter what by
the end of the year, which will be self-reported on the Panorama Survey.

Fall Assessment: 91% of Broad View third and fourth grade students self-reported they have a teacher
or other adult from school who they can count on to help them no matter what.

Goal #2 Reading Goal: 80% of Broad View Students will be at grade level in reading on the end of
the year i-Ready diagnostic assessment.

Fall Assessment Proficiency Rate :

Kindergarten (Kindergarteners take the assessment in the winter.)
First Grade 18%

Second Grade 29%

Third Grade 48%

Fourth Grade 22%

80% or more of the Broad View Elementary students will improve by the following expected scale
score growth from beginning of the year to the end of the year on the reading i-Ready diagnostic
assessment.
e Kindergarten 44 points

Goal #3 Math Goal: 80% of Broad View Students will be at grade level in math on the end of the
year i-Ready diagnostic assessment.

daily attendance in October 2023 to 95% daily attendance by the end of the school year.

Section 2: Action Plan
Goal #1 SEL:
SEL Goal: 100% of third and fourth grade Broad View students will have a teacher or other adult from

Social Emotional learning woven into specialist classes

Broad View School counselor access for all students
All-school letter writing by students to their trusted adult at school

Goal #2 Reading:
