HDMI Input (A/V) o =Wall-mounted HDMI input for physical laptop connections, allowing content display on any combination of panel TVs. o Cost: $150 Board Table Power Outlets o Pop-up power outlets installed at each of the three board tables. o Cost: $300. StreamBeam o Wireless connectivity enabling presenters to connect and display content on any combination of panel TVs. Room Webcam o Conference room webcam with tracking and speaker-focus functionality, primarily used for Zoom meetings and trainings. o Positioned atop the single display TV. Control Computers o Three All-ln-One computers located in the back storage room to control room functions and live streaming. o Purpose: « Streaming Computer: Manages all streaming functions for board meetings, similar to the current setup.
