Superintendent Chaplik presents for Board of Directors approval the certificated and classified personnel
report. All recommendations are made as a result of careful consideration of Board Policy and federal
and state law. All staff members selected for employment shall be recommended by the Superintendent.
Staff members must receive an affirmative vote from the majority of all members of the board. However,
should any board member question the qualifications of an applicant for employment or want to review
the performance of an employee, this item should be transferred to Executive Session.
