OPENING OF MEETING Procedural: 1. Call to Order Procedural: 2. Roll Call Action, Procedural: 3. Review of Agenda No changes. B. STUDY SESSION Action, Information: 1. Approval of Winning Bid for Lighting Replacement at SHS & SMS -Charlie Weaver presented to the board the light replacement at Sultan High School and Sultan Middle School that would be paid for by a grant. -Green Lighting won the bid as the lowest and only bidder within the parameters of the PUD requirements. -There were no further questions. Approve green lighting to replace the lighting at the high school and middle school. Motion by Michael Butler Final Resolution: Motion Carries Yea: Marianne Naslund, Gigi Gouldner, Michael Butler C.
