1. CALL TO ORDER
A. Call to Order

Board President Frank Devono called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

2. STATUTORY MEETING
A. Laying of the Levy

DRAFT

Pursuant to WVC 11-8-9 and 12 the Board on March 17, 2025 had ascertained the fiscal affairs of
the district and ordered levy rates be proposed for the year ending June 30, 2026. Said rates
having been duly published by the Secretary of the Board and approved in writing by the State
Auditor, and such statement herewith duly entered by reference in the record of proceedings

together with the written approval.

Motion to approve the Laying of the Levy as presented.
Motion by Jenny Santilli, second by Mary Frances Smith.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Aye: Frank Devono, Douglas Hogue, Jenny Santilli, Mary Frances Smith, Tom Tucker

Board Members’ Comments were held until the next meeting.
