1. CALL TO ORDER
A. Call to Order
President Frank Devono called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

A. Pledge of Allegiance
Those in attendance were asked to rise. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mr. Lopez.

3. BUDGET WORK SESSION
A. FEY2026 Budget Work Session
Whitni Kines presented to the Board and Superintendent the FY2026 Budget. The Board
scheduled a Budget Hearing for May 6, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

4. BOARD MEMBERS’ COMMENTS
A. Board Members Comments

Doug Hogue — | just want to thank you all people out here in TV land especially ones listening in
on the budget just bear with us. As time goes along if things change it'll change for you. Mrs.
Kines thank you. | know it’s difficult.
Jenny Santilli— Thanks for everyone’s hard work. I’m glad we only do it once a year.
Frank Devono — Thank you. These decisions are what we’re here for. They're never easy but
ultimately our responsibility is the budget and we have a fiduciary responsibility to taxpayers of
Harrison County so as much as it hurts we have to keep that in mind.
