Wood County Board of Education Statutory Meeting — Levy Rates Tuesday, April 15, 2025 Bailey Board Room and YouTube 6:00 pm Minutes 1. Opening of Meeting A. Call to Order The Wood County Board of Education met on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the Bailey Board Room, 1210 13" Street, Parkersburg, WV and via Zoom and YouTube. President Raber called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and Superintendent Willis recorded the minutes. B. Moment of Silence/Pledge of Allegiance A moment of silence was held, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Ron Tice. C. Roll Call The following board members were present: Judy Johnson, Ron Tice, Debbie Henderhot and Randy Modesitt. Justin Raber attended via Zoom. A quorum was established. 2. Delegations/Public Comments A. Delegations/Public Comment There were none. 3. Regular Agenda A. Approval of Levy Rates Justin Raber moved and it was seconded by Debbie Hendershot to approve the levy rates for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Closing of Meeting A. Adjournment President Raber adjourned the meeting at 6:02 pm.
